having discovered your product on the net, what I was looking for, I encouter some difficulties to run to test it on simple test which is :
1- someone launch a phone call
2- the name is checked within excel sheet
3- he says a help desk word like "hardware"
4- another excel sheet opens concerning hardware
5- he says "printer 01"
6- a sms is send immidiatly to the recipient
the problem is the documentation is not sufficient for me to built a test running program
