This is an interesting one :-)
We had this before with the Dynalink range.
Sometimes the Dynalink generates "phantom" keystrokes, means that it detects a keystroke when playing specific voice files. There must be some frequencies generated when playing some voice files, that the Dynalink detects as DTMF signal (keystroke).
To make sure have a look at the session log just after it happens again. There you will see if MSCS receives a keystroke. If it does (and the user has not pressed any key) then this is the reason.
The simplest way arround this is to re-record the voice file. This should help, as the frequency pattern that generates the DTMF will be different.
