Sony Ericsson T610 compatibility

The testphase with INS workded fine with our configuration.

W2K Server, Sony Ericsson T610 over USB
The software is used to send SMS to Administrators with messages about network events.

But since we have bought the License and activated it, it wont work well anymore.

Following message are in the log of the Message Center:
There is no compatible mobile phone connected to this COM port =>Sony Ericsson T610 Series IR modem.

This does not allow us to send SMS.

We allready tried to reinstall Sony software, USB cable drivers, INS etc. but all this didn't work.

What can the issue be? Why the tests went well and now it doesn't work to send SMS? Is there a solution to use this T610?
