Die Zugangsnummer +491770610000 ist falsch. Auch wenn diese bei Deiner SIM Karte als Zentrale angegeben ist, ist das nicht die gleiche Nummer wie der TAP Zugang.
Bitte verwende den vorkonfigurierten Eintrag
D,E-Plus,TAP
(verwendet als Telefonnummer 017-71167)

Wenn Dein USB Stick selber GSM kompatibel ist und SMS versenden kann, dann wähle unter
SMS versenden via: Direkte Verbindung
sowie Dein Stick unter
Das Mobiltelefon ist verbunden als:
