Die Nachrichten werden in der Datei ..\sms-it\messages.db gespeichert. Wenn diese korrupt ist, kann es zu dem von Dir beschriebenen Verhalten kommen.
=> Datei bitte löschen.

Beim Aufrufen Deiner Batch Datei musst Du sicher stellen, dass der vorherige Befehl bereits abgeschlossen wurde. Dh es dürfen nie zwei Instanzen von SMS-it paralell laufen. Ansonsten kann dies zu Datenproblemen führen.
