Guten Tag

Sie verwenden diese Lizenz bereits seit dem 2010/05/05 und dies bereits auf verschiedenen Computern. Ich gehe daher davon aus, dass sie SMS-it wieder auf einem neuen Computer installiert haben, aber ggf. nicht ganz richtig.
Installieren Sie die Software erneut, dass sollte das Problem beheben.
