can somebody please help me out i am trying to send a sms to my own phone, get the message failed when i look at system/terminal it says

[2003.01.24 23:49:55.700] Serial port exception : Resource unavailable
[2003.01.24 23:49:55.700] Can not initialize COM port

please help me out on this one
