Connecting Message Queue Error

Hi,
We are running SMSIT V3 for 4 years now and it works well.
I only have a problem, recently, that I can not solve with your documentation: when I start the program, a message indicates that the Engine could not connect to the Message Queue, and that we should create a new one (doing this with the remove of the files contained in the folder SMSIT\SMSStore. But when I try to do this and create a new default message Queue, I have the following error message: "Catastrophic failure" "Connection Failed".
Hopefully, the sent of the sms by the file connector is still working. But I am not able to send a sms through your SMS IT Engine interface. How do I do to make it works fine again?
P.S. I tried with another king of database (MSACCESS) but I have the same problems.
