Unfortunately not.
SMS-it supports those character sets and most mobiles too. Also for the Nokia 3120 the specification states that it supports
ISO (ISO 8859-1 Latin)
hence if it does not I have no idea why.
DO you have a log file for the PC Suite that shows the exchange between the PC and the mobile ?
Eventually I can see there what they send to the mobile.
