Storm,

SMS-it (command line version) can indeed send out messages from any other
application.
From MsAccess you would add a button to your form and call SMS-it with
command line parameters (Text, SMS number of your employee, etc).
Just use your current version and try for yourself. If you are familiar with
MsAccess just use the SHELL command in VBA and call

c:\sms-it\SMS-it.exe SMST [SMS:0123456789] "Hello world"

OK ?
If you are not familiar with MsAccess send us your DB and we will implement
the call for you.
