Hi

To send a SMS to a central by ISDN, you need to choose one that supports ISDN. There is no central in Switzerland that supports ISDN (there is one in Germany), so if you want to use the Swisscom dial-up, you need to use an analog modem.
Some ISDN modems allow you to set them to analog (v.34) mode. You may check if the Microlink has this feature.
