Hi there i have recently downloaded your evaluation copy of who calls from the looks of things its exactually what i need.
what i basically need is a software that can get the caller id for me so i can add the number of the person to my customer contacts and then jus add there name in manually and so when next time they call the customers form appears with their name and number.
i am using a access database now the problem i have at the moment is i can not get your software to work i have used the hyperterminal which works fine i call the number it says ring ring the the date and time appears but the who calls software does not do anything i have tried it in passive mode and active i wud very much appreacaite if you could shed some light on this matter, and if this can be resolved i would like to go ahead and purchase the software as i am very sure once your sofware starts working i shudnt have any problems to get it to interact with my database thank
