firstly thank you for the swift reply.
i have downloaded the latest version of the drivers but it still seems to be not working the modem i am currently using is a us robotics 56k fax modem model number 5630b i have downloaded the latest verson for that particular modem from it website it works fine in hyper terminal i can see the caller id but when i close hyperterminal and use who calls it doesnt work however if i try to reload hyperterminal it says the modem is in use i have tried both passive and active modes but with no look. i would appreciate it if you could help me out on this as i am sure ur software is what i am looking for and would like to purchase the full copy as soon as i get it workin.
