Dear Faith Brown,

Sorry for the delay in answering your question.
Our software is designed to act as IVR (Interactive Voice Response) tool,
allowing you to set up a script that leads a caller through a series of
voice prompts where s/he can interact with the system using DTMF.
For this our software needs a voice modem or a voice board.
The Intel Pro/Dsl 3200 broadband modem can not be used as it does not
support voice.
The 56k modem can be used if it supports voice.
