Faith,

I just released your serial number so you should have received an e-mail with the serial number. Just enter this number in Message Center, by
pressing the REGISTER button on the about form.

What file are you trying to download ?
What file gives you this error?
Once you have downloaded the copy you need to unzip the zip file and then run the setup.exe, which will guide you though the setup process.
