Thank you for the files.

The DB seems to be corrupt.
Please stop all INS applications and then delete all files named
e:\ins\database\messages.*

Then try again sending a voice message.
To start, try to send a voice mail from the MsgCenter.exe interface
File->New->Message
and send the message to "bruce-mobile".
The phone number of your mobile seems to be invalid however.

As I see you have tried 9669xxxx and +9669xxxx.
Is this the number you use when you dial the number from your land-line
to your mobile phone ?
Don't you need to dial 0966xxxx or something ?
The number must be the same as if you would dial it from your normal
land-line phone.
