commandline problem when sending multiple messages

After buying sms-it we found out we needed to switch to INS.
(with sms-it only a few messages are being sended and reading the support forum it's not really supported to use sms-it to send multiple messaged (at the same time)

But when I'm using SendMsg it also doens't work.
When our server monitor application starts multiple SendMsg at the same time, only 1 of this get to the Outbox of INS.
(the other messages are lost (not in outbox/failed))

Any hints ?
(our monitor app will start max SendMsg's at the same time)
