Hello Bill

This is unfortunately an error we see quite frequently. The cause is a slow modem driver that does not call the CONNECT event in time (although the call is connected).
We normally recommend to update the driver, but have decided to issue a work around in our software.
Please feel free to download the work around from http://www.mawnet.com/download/patch20081123.zip
and check if this works for you.
