SETING DEFAULT TEXT TO SPEACH ENGINE ATT

I am trying to use another speach engine that is SAPI 4 compliant ( ATT Natural Voices). How do I change the default or how do I change which one messageserver uses. I know how to do it if it was SAPI 5 but how do you change the default in SAPI 4. ( I know messageserver only uses SAPI 4).

ATT Natural Voices is both SAPI 4 and SAPI 5 .
It works fine for programs that are SAPI 4 only.
