Can't get program to answer

I have been trying to get the program to work an have used 2 different v92 voice modems, a hayes/accura and now a Zoom v92 voice modem. The program detects the modems as a tapi device when I use the "detect lines' feature - It say I have a "h323 line - success" and a Zoom v.92 PCI Voice Faxmodem"

I set a script to answer the phone and nothing happens when I call. The message server icon does start to blink somewhat.

I am using a new dell windows xp computer.
