Please help - I really want to purchase the program but I must be able to receive fax & voice automatically.

I sent a fax successfully from a remote computer at our farm to my window xp machine and I received it ok using winfax pro 10.

I sent another fax successfully from a remote computer at our farm to my window xp machine and I received it ok using the fax machine program that comes with windows.

I sent the third fax to my computer using message server & it did not work - is there some settings I can chang???
