I did this last week. They say that as Phone Tools (their bundled product) works, then it must be your product's interpretation or usage of the driver.... Its very frustrating to be a user between two parties like this, and normally totally non-productive. I'm inclined to agree with you. Which takes us back to my first question ie. Do you know of a modem that does work with Message Server?
