Well unfortunately every good modem manufacturer has a TAPI voice driver. If not we would need to implement the proprietary voice commands for every modem manufacturer. So in short and very unfortunately we need to fail you in this regard, this modem can not be used with our software.
Just for fun you may send a mail back to SWANN asking them for a list of software that works with their modems... and then request them to take off the VOICE label from their modem. A modem that does not have a TAPI driver is unusable...
