How to connect nokia 8210 with PC

Dear marc , i am a new user of mscs and indeed a new entry in this field, acutally i had nokia 8210 ,what type of cable should i use to connect it to my pc . I would like to send SMS through my gsm gateway or Internet SMS gateway to the users who send some SMS with a set of parameters. Suppose a user sends a sms on my mobile whose text are 2222 , i want that MSCS should search MS Access for 2222 and if there is a match ,it should invoke the file and send it back to the user. So what i need in order to execute this need.Plz reply me as this is urgent,i would be highly grateful to you for this kind act.
Plz also mention whether i have to use infrared connector or i can use any COM1 connector . Can i do all these things on nokia 3310.
