if you used my VBS code then you didn't do anything different. But in the log the RV never resolves to anything.....so I'm unsure if the Wscript.Quit(ID) just isn't returning anything or if perhaps something else is the problem.

I don't know....are there different VBS script program versions? How would I tell if there is a version number? Perhaps something along those lines is the case?

hmmm....the weird thing is that we didn't have any problems during the install.
