Hi Marc,

again thank you. Unfortunately, testing SIP call transfer with all our hardware so far failed and did cost lots of time, as you could read in my previous post already: Neither FritzBox (AVM explicitly told us that this won't work), nor Panasonic KX-NCP500 (direct SIP ext.) telephony systems worked or we are still missing and waiting for the proper instructions or DTMF strings and settings (Panasonic KX-NCP500, Auerswald COMpact5500R). And preferably, SIP softphone features should not depend on testing with normal phones beforehand.

We do no longer want to waste time with trial and error, instead in order to (be able to) decide to buy your software:

Could you please provide us with a (positive / green) list of hardware along with working configuration settings recommended and tested by you, i.e.: hardware and configurations that you use and therefore is compatible with INS to successfully perform SIP call transfers (along with softphones)? Since you implemented the SIP call transfer feature, you must have at least one working setup, thus our question is:

What hardware and configuration do you use along with INS software in order to establish SIP call transfers (along with softphone SIP extensions)?

We would appreciate if you could provide us with that list of working hardware and corresponding instruction on how to use it.

Thanks,

Philipp
