Hi Francesco

You will need two phone numbers. One external being reachable from the outside, and one internal number.
You customer calls on the external number. INS answers the call. Then the caller presses #3 to be transferred to an agent. INS will then transfer the call to the 2nd internal phone number. As soon as you pick up, the call is transferred and INS will disconnect.
