Hi Marc,

probably you misunderstood my question.

I installed demo version of your INS, but I cannot understand how can I create an IVR menu where the caller, by pressing for example number 3, can talk with me directly.
I have a sip VoIP number, so I am not using a modem.
Using 3CX or LiveAgent I can create this dial flow with my VoIP SIP number.
I don't know how to do the same with your INS software, because I don't find any block in dial flow that allows an agent (in my case me) to answer the caller and talk with him when he wants to.
