Multiple voice messages

I'm trying to use Send Message in conjunction with network monitoring software (SNMPc from Castle Rock). I've set up the network monitoring software to run a batch file when there is a problem with one of the servers that is being monitored. The batch file runs Send Message which causes the modem to phone the administrator and leave a voice message informing him of the problem. This works fine, except when there is a problem with two of the servers being monitored. The batch file runs once for each server that has a problem. When the Send Message batch file runs for the second time, a Message Server dialogue box pops up with the message "The specified device is already in use. Wait until it is free, and then try again." This would be OK if it weren't for the fact that the second attempt to run the Send Message batch file interferes with the first attempt. The first Send Message batch file rings up the administrator and starts leaving a voice message. After a couple of seconds, the voice message stops and the Message Server service locks up completely. This is caused by the second Send Message batch file running. I have to restart Message Server and then go to Message Center and delete the contents of the Outbox. Is this normal behaviour for Send Message, or am I doing something wrong? I'm using MSCS 4.2.4 (Send Only) with a US Robotics 56K Voice Win Int modem. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kevin
