Hi Martyn

Thank you for the log.
Actually everything looks quite normal (for a voice modem). The modem dials and connects immediately. Then its starts to play the voice files, waits 10s for the confirmation key and hangs up.
If in the above sample your phone did not ring, then there must be something very wrong with the driver.

Did with this driver your phone ring ?

Do you have an alternative modem you could try ?
