Also, if it might make any difference, we are using the dialogic System Release 5.1.1 (with the Service Pack and Feature Pack) software because we are using XP. (We previously downloaded SR6.0 and it didn't detect the D/4PCI board).


Do you all have a phone support line in the US I could call? Talking with someone real time would be the best scenario to yield fast results as any questions that might arise on either end can be answered immediately.
