Thanks for that, I have a look at it and pass it on to Dialogic.
The problem in the whole history is that we do not actually address an USR
modem or a Dialogic card, we simply tell a TAPI driver what to do. So if it
works for the modem it "should" also work for the board. (If the TAPI driver
from Dialogic has been written correctly). We have customers using the
Dialogic D/4PCI without problems, but it seems we have another one that has
the same problem, so...
All we can do is to request Dialogic to assist us here. As we are not one of
their customers their support towards is often a little "slow" so I would
strongly recommend that you contact them directly too...

In the meantime:
>Can not initialize fax modem
>Can not initialize pager channel
This is normal as a voice board can not be used as modem, hence can not send
faxes or pager messages. Just select your USRobotics here instead.
